1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using this site or submitting an order request, you agree to these Terms and the Research Use Policy. You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must provide accurate checkout information.

2. Research use only

By30Labs products are offered exclusively for legitimate laboratory and in-vitro research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, clinical use, or administration to any person or animal. Product pages and site content are not medical advice, dosing guidance, administration instructions, or a representation of suitability for any prohibited use.

3. Product information and documentation

We work to keep product identity, amount, lot, storage, inventory, and published analytical documentation accurate. Analytical results or purity information are presented only when supporting documentation is available for the applicable record. A pending COA or lot record is not a representation that a final third-party analytical result has been published.

4. Order requests and acceptance

Checkout submits an order request; it does not collect payment or guarantee acceptance. Submission creates a temporary inventory reservation and an awaiting-payment order. By30Labs may decline or cancel an order request because of inventory, compliance concerns, inaccurate information, suspected fraud or misuse, pricing or catalog errors, or other legitimate business reasons.

If an order request can proceed, payment instructions are sent separately. An order is treated as paid only after By30Labs verifies payment and updates the order status. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, any amount due back will be refunded as required by the circumstances and applicable law.

5. Inventory reservations

Unpaid inventory is normally reserved for 24 hours from submission. If payment is not confirmed before the hold expires, the reservation and order request may expire automatically and the inventory may become available to another customer.

6. Pricing, tax, and shipping charges

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated during checkout and shown before submission. If a material pricing or calculation error is discovered before an order is accepted, we may correct or cancel the request and will contact you when action is required.

7. Shipping and local pickup

Fulfillment is subject to the Shipping & Local Pickup Policy. Standard shipping begins after payment verification. When local pickup is offered, qualifying DFW local-pickup orders must wait for a ready-for-pickup confirmation before collection.

8. Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Returns, cancellations, damaged shipments, order errors, and refunds are governed by the Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the site to facilitate unlawful activity, misrepresent your research purpose, interfere with site security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or purchase products for a use prohibited by the Research Use Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The By30Labs name, site design, written content, graphics, and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to Kuehl Consulting LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without permission except as allowed by law.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an as-available basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. By30Labs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.

13. Changes and contact
