Email help@by30labs.health. If your question concerns an existing order, include the By30Labs order number so we can locate it quickly.
Lot and COA questions
Include the product name and lot number when asking about analytical documentation. Published records are also available through the COA library. If a record is marked pending, a final third-party report has not yet been published for that record.
Research-use questions
By30Labs can answer questions about product identity, order records, and available documentation. We do not provide dosing, administration, injection, therapeutic, or other human- or veterinary-use guidance.
What to include in a support request
For an existing order, include the order number and the email address used for the request. For a product or documentation question, include the product name, supplied amount, and lot number when one is available. Providing those identifiers helps support distinguish between general catalog information and a question tied to a specific inventory lot.
If you are reporting a fulfillment issue, describe what was expected and what was received, and include photographs when they would help document visible shipping damage or an incorrect item. Return or replacement instructions, when applicable, should come from By30Labs support before material is sent back.
Support scope
Support can help with storefront navigation, order records, product identity fields, lot records, COA availability, shipping, local-pickup questions, and other administrative matters related to the research-supply storefront. Requests for dosing, administration, injection, therapeutic use, or other human- or veterinary-use instructions fall outside the intended research-only scope of the catalog.
