Information we collect

When you browse the site or submit an order request, we may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, shipping or pickup address, optional phone number, order contents, research-use attestation, and communications with us.

We may also collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and understand the website, such as browser or device information, pages viewed, and basic analytics. Browser storage is used to preserve cart contents between visits.

Payment information

The current By30Labs checkout does not collect card, bank-account, or other payment credentials on this website. Payment instructions are provided separately. If you use a third-party payment service, that service processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. By30Labs may retain payment-confirmation information needed to reconcile an order.

How we use information

We use personal information to validate and fulfill order requests, reserve inventory, calculate shipping and tax, communicate order status and payment instructions, provide support, maintain business and accounting records, protect the site from abuse or fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the website and customer experience.

Analytics and advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement technologies to understand how visitors use the site, evaluate advertising performance, and improve the ordering experience. Our site analytics events are designed not to include names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, or the contents of order-request form fields. Google may process browser, device, and technical identifiers under its own terms and privacy practices. At launch, these integrations are configured for measurement and attribution rather than personalized advertising audiences.

When present in a landing-page URL, By30Labs may retain allow-listed campaign parameters (such as UTM values) and Google Ads click identifiers (such as GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID) in first-party browser storage for up to 30 days and associate that attribution record with a submitted order request. This attribution record is designed not to contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, or arbitrary URL parameters.

How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that support functions such as website hosting, database storage, transactional email, analytics, advertising measurement, and fulfillment. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate misuse, or complete a business reorganization or transfer. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order support, accounting, compliance, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional privacy rights may apply. Some information may need to be retained when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or order-record purposes.

The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly solicit order information from children.

Giveaway entries and email preferences

When you enter a By30Labs giveaway, we may collect your first name, email address, state, ZIP code, eligibility confirmations, entry timestamp, and basic referral or campaign information used to understand how entrants reached the site. We do not require a home or street address for initial entry. A complete shipping address is requested only from a potential winner when needed to verify eligibility and deliver a prize.

Giveaway information is used to administer the promotion, enforce entry limits, verify eligibility, contact a potential winner, prevent abuse, and fulfill the prize. Marketing consent is optional and separate from giveaway entry. Declining marketing does not affect giveaway eligibility or odds.

By30Labs does not sell giveaway personal information or share it with other companies for their own marketing. Trusted service providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to host and operate the site, maintain our systems, administer the giveaway, send requested communications, or fulfill a prize. If you separately opt in to By30Labs marketing, you may opt out of marketing communications later.
