Order requests and payment

Submitting checkout creates an order request and a temporary inventory reservation. Payment is not collected on the website. If the order can be accepted, payment instructions are sent separately to the email address provided at checkout.

Unpaid inventory reservations currently expire after 24 hours. An expired or cancelled request must be submitted again if you still want the items, and availability may have changed.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping is currently $9.95 per order. Applicable tax and the final order total are shown during checkout before an order request is submitted. Shipping begins only after payment has been verified.

We do not promise a specific carrier or delivery date unless one is expressly stated for the order. If we cannot ship a paid order within a promised timeframe or the timeframe required by applicable law, we will contact you with the available delay, cancellation, and refund options.

Shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate deliverable address. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us before the order is transferred to the carrier. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has started.

DFW local pickup

Free local pickup is offered only when checkout identifies the address as eligible within the configured Dallas–Fort Worth service area. Exact pickup details are provided after payment and order confirmation. Please do not travel to a pickup location until the order has been marked ready for pickup.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments

If a shipment is missing, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact help@by30labs.health promptly with the By30Labs order number and a description of the issue. For visible damage, keep the shipping materials and include clear photographs when possible so we can review the shipment and carrier record.
