By30Labs October Research Giveaway

Rules version: September 17, 2026

1. Sponsor

The sponsor is Kuehl Consulting LLC, doing business as By30Labs, Texas, United States ("Sponsor"). Questions about these rules may be sent to orders@by30labs.health.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, are legally permitted to receive the prize in their jurisdiction, and agree that any prize received will be used solely for legitimate laboratory or in-vitro research. Employees, contractors, and members of the immediate household of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion period

The giveaway begins when Sponsor activates the online entry form on September 17, 2026 and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Central Time ("Promotion Period"). Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to enter

During the Promotion Period, visit by30labs.health/giveaway and submit the free entry form with the requested information and required eligibility and research-use confirmations. Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase, placing an order, or using a coupon does not provide an entry, additional entries, or better odds.

5. Prize

One winner will receive three GHK-Cu 50 mg By30Labs research vials. Approximate retail value: $100 total. The prize is research-use-only material intended solely for legitimate laboratory and in-vitro research and is not for human or veterinary use, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or clinical use. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

6. 15% entrant offer

Eligible entrants may be shown the promotional code BY30WELCOME15 after entry. This is a separate thank-you offer and is not part of the sweepstakes prize. It does not affect odds of winning. The code is limited to one reserved/redeemed use per email address used for an eligible giveaway entry and remains subject to By30Labs checkout, inventory, order-review, and other applicable store terms.

7. Winner selection and odds

Sponsor expects to conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 2, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner notification and prize delivery

The potential winner will be contacted at the email address used to enter. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours, provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and ship the prize, including a complete U.S. shipping address, and reconfirm the research-use-only requirements. Sponsor may select an alternate winner if the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, is ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot lawfully receive it.

Sponsor does not collect a street address as part of the initial giveaway entry. A shipping address is requested only from a potential winner for eligibility verification and fulfillment.

9. Taxes and costs

The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and any personal expenses not expressly included in the prize. Sponsor will provide any tax documentation required by law.

10. Privacy and communications

Entry information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants as necessary, prevent abuse, and fulfill the prize. By30Labs does not sell giveaway personal information or share it with other companies for their own marketing. Service providers acting on By30Labs' behalf may process information only as needed to operate the site, administer the giveaway, send requested communications, provide infrastructure, or fulfill the prize. See the Privacy Policy.

Marketing consent is optional and separate from giveaway entry. Declining marketing does not affect eligibility or odds. Anyone who opts in to marketing may later opt out of marketing communications.

11. General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify entries involving fraud, tampering, abuse, false eligibility information, attempts to obtain multiple entries, or interference with the operation of the promotion. If technical, legal, security, or other circumstances materially impair the giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it and, where practical, award the prize from eligible entries received before the impairment in a manner consistent with applicable law.

12. Release and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, or technically unsuccessful entries or for events outside Sponsor's reasonable control. Nothing in these rules waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

13. Governing law

The giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by applicable United States federal law and Texas law, without limiting any non-waivable rights an entrant may have under other applicable law.

14. Social-platform disclaimer

This promotion is sponsored solely by By30Labs. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp. or any other social-media platform on which it may be mentioned or advertised.
